All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed, your account is immediately upgraded, and the additional loan slots become available for use.

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused slots, or downgrades during a billing cycle.

Exceptions will only be made if required by applicable law.
